Matrix Inflation

Abstract:
Recent observations strongly support inflation as the theory of
early Universe and generations of structure formation. However, the nature of inflation dynamics is not well-understood theoretically. In this talk a model of
inflation is presented where the inflaton fields are non-commutative matrices. The spectrum of adiabatic and iso-curvature perturbations and their implications on CMB are studied. Also the landscape of matrix inflation potential is classified.
