 Vertical Thickness Advection-Dominated Accretion disks:
  Possible Role of Magnetic Field
Shahram Abbassi (Damghan University of Basic sciences & IPM)
Abstract:
Based on the understanding of innermost region of black hole accretion disks, two types of models was proposed.  ADAFs and SLIM disks. Slim and ADAFs where supposed geometrically slim neither thin nor thick.
The reasons of this restriction is the existence of advection in thick disks. We will show that any possible effect of magnetic field in the vertical thickness of ADAfs.
