Curvature perturbation from a phase transition during inflation

Abstract:
In this talk, at first, I will review inflation, a well known idea for solving the problems associated with the FRW cosmology . After this review  I will give a report on our recent work which concerns the possibility of obtaining significant curvature perturbations from a phase transition during inflation. This is a two stage inflationary scenario based on hybrid inflation model. The observational implications of our model on CMB will be discussed.
